Quality Manager

Job Description

Job Objective:

To oversee and manage quality systems across company projects, ensuring that all activities are executed in compliance with technical standards and the Saudi Building Code (SBC), while maintaining high-quality project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation of QA/QC systems across all project phases
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and Saudi Building Code (SBC)
• Prepare and review Quality Plans and procedures
• Monitor inspection activities including WIR / MIR processes
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Prepare periodic quality reports and submit to management
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure quality execution
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Lead and develop the quality team

Requirements

• Requirements:
• • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural / Mechanical) or related field
• • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality management
• • Strong experience in QA/QC for construction projects
• • Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC)
• • Preferred certifications:
• IRCA / CQI / CQA
• • Strong reporting and team management skills
• • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
