Job Description

Job Purpose

Contribute to the Group's digital transformation project alongside the migration to Google Workspace by analysing data across departments and business sectors, developing reports and performance dashboards, and transforming data into actionable insights that support management in monitoring performance and making informed decisions while ensuring data accuracy, standardising KPIs, and reducing reliance on manual reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Gather and understand data and reporting requirements from different departments.
- Analyse sales, finance, human resources, operations, projects, marketing, and customer service data.
- Extract data from Google BigQuery using SQL.
- Clean, validate, and verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Analyse trends, variances, and performance to support decision-making.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Prepare operational, management, and executive reports, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Automate reports and recurring processes using Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
- Perform regular data quality checks and document data sources and KPI calculations.
- Prepare executive summaries and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer and business departments, and train users on reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
  • Experience in developing reports and performance dashboards.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or digital transformation projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery or a similar data warehouse.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio or a similar Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Good understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
  • Ability to clean, validate, and ensure data quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to data confidentiality and professional ethics.
